Due to the nature of all our wax products, which are completely hand made. Please allow for slight imperfections. All orders placed will be processed within a 1-2 working day period, this applies to in stock items only. Anything that is requested due to being out of stock will be made within a 7-10 day turnover period. The website will be restocked as and when possible, a social media notification will be announced for your attention.

SHIPPING

All of our orders will be sent second class delivery via Royal Mail for the UK, Scotland & Ireland.

International Tracked orders for Europe & The Americas (Central, North & South) will take approx. 5-17 days. 

Once the parcels have left the warehouse, Jarandles is not responsible for any missing parcels.
